Job Description

The Workforce Analyst will be responsible for analyzing workforce-related data and generating reports on time. This includes developing and implementing strategies to optimize workforce productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Computer Science with at least 6 months – 2 years of experience as a Workforce Analyst.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and ability to analyze workforce related formulas.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work with clients, internal associates, and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and make informed decisions.
