Home-Based Sales Administration Specialist

In this role, you'll handle backend project management, coordinate with multiple teams, and assist sales executives in building long-term client relationships while delivering promotional product solutions. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take lead on special projects as requested by various departments within the organization to ensure timely and efficient outcome from start to finish
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure brands are successfully managed
• Setup new customer accounts and adjust current customer accounts as needed
• Manage and provide direction for orders being entered by offshore teammates, including purchase order creation, client communications, and invoicing
• Work closely with finance department for end of month budgetary needs
• Provide post-event assistance through order entry, inventory adjustments, and confirming all remaining product is counted and restocked by warehouse
• Manage various mailboxes and file/forward emails according to set guidelines
• Coordinate wire payments for international orders
• Create and update gift cards and cost centers as needed for clients
• Utilize excel knowledge through data scrubbing and report delivery
• Identify areas within the organization that need improvement and take lead on initiative
• Other projects/tasks as needed to ensure the success of other departments within the organization

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Associate degree or higher strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience: 1-3 years' experience in an administrative/office role
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in PH time (U.S. operating hours)
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Outlook applications (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
• Industry-Specific Knowledge:
• Direct experience in the promotional industry or e-commerce is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, or Syncore is an advantage

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
