COMPLIANCE ANALYST

(Managerial Role)The Compliance Analyst is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the company complies with all statutory, tax, and audit requirements. This role will play a key part in managing corporate compliance initiatives, preparing for year-end external audits, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and internal control systems. The position also involves leading the full Computerized Accounting System (CAS) application and compliance process, coordinating with external auditors and government agencies, and ensuring timely submission of regulatory reports and filings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, tax, and audit functions, preferably in a corporate or managerial role.

  • Strong background in corporate taxation, audit coordination, and BIR compliance.

  • Hands-on experience in CAS application and BIR system compliance.
    • In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, audit standards, and financial reporting requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems).

High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
