Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Credentialing Compliance Analyst:

  • Coordinate initial credentialing and re-credentialing of affiliated practitioners, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist in conducting compliance audits of healthcare entities and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Support the review and improvement of credentialing procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor expiring credentials and ensure timely re-verification in line with regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate Profile - Credentialing Compliance Analyst

  • Completed at least a high school diploma or GED; a college degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiar with credentialing, HR background checks, employment verification, or provider enrollment in hospital or health plan settings.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and regulatory standards.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
