As an
Event Timing & Registration Manager
, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting timing equipment and software at events. This role is ideal for someone with a background in technology, IT, software, or electronics who enjoys working on-site and ensuring flawless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate timing systems, RFID mats, sensors, and related hardware.
  • Configure and manage event timing software; ensure accurate data collection and results processing.
  • Perform system tests prior to event start to verify functionality and connectivity.
  • Coordinate with race directors, event organizers, and other staff to meet event requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly in a live-event environment.
  • Maintain equipment inventory, perform basic repairs, and prepare gear for upcoming events.
  • Assist in generating results, reports, and post-event data cleanup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in technology, IT support, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong familiarity with software systems, networking, and hardware setup.
  • Experience with event timing systems (e.g., RFID timing, race-timing software) is a
