  • Responsible the Project Teams, identifying team members and members' responsibilities within the project team
  • Responsible for managing the resources assigned to the Project and associated cost plan. Notify the Work stream Lead and EPMO Leadership for any projected or actual variance.
  • Responsible for drafting the Project status (and relevant report-out / presentations) for the work stream Leads
  • Responsible for identifying and maintaining issues log, risk log, change log, decision log and status reporting
  • Support work stream Leads in the adoption and compliance of program management standards, processes, and tools
  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly status meetings to review progress, issues, risks and change requests:
  • Manage and update weekly reporting for deployment
  • Identify key issues (manage resolution) and risks (manage mitigation) for deployment
  • Budget reporting and analysis for the deployment
  • Maintain Project Team level documentation and materials, excluding those contributed by work streams:
  • Manage and maintaining detailed project plans for all projects
  • Review work products to ensure high quality deliverables
  • Manage preparation for appropriate quality checks (e.g., stage gate reviews)
  • Share key documents with program / deployment as necessary:
  • Reporting weekly on project progress to the work stream Leads

  • Creating and distributing status reports for projects in support of work stream lead
