JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our repair and after-sales center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in troubleshooting and repairing consumer electronic devices. They will play a crucial role in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the functionality and quality of each repaired device.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in various Apple products, such as mobile devices and laptops.
  • Disassemble and reassemble devices to perform repairs, including replacing faulty components, soldering printed circuit boards, and reprogramming as necessary.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify hardware and software malfunctions accurately.
  • Follow repair procedures and standards to ensure the quality and reliability of repaired devices.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline repair processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and repair techniques in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing laptops, mobile phones, and other Apple devices.
  • TESDA or other certification has an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using various diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, electronic testing instruments, and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Graduate of any related technical/vocational/bachelor's in Electronics or Electrical courses
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Willing to work onsite 6 days/week in Mandaluyong City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
