Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations across different trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical works).
2. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
3. Respond promptly to tenant or staff requests for repair and maintenance services.
4. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of building systems and assets.
5. Assist specialist technicians (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians) with more complex repair and installation work.
6. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation of work performed.
7. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, property policies, and local building codes.
8. Manage tools, equipment, and materials effectively, requesting replenishment when necessary.
9. Provide support during property renovations, upgrades, and fit-outs.
10. Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, occupants, and stakeholders by addressing maintenance issues efficiently.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Vocational Certificate in Building Maintenance, Property Services, or related field.
2. At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a technician in property services, facilities, or construction.
3. Hands-on knowledge in at least two trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or HVAC).
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
6. Flexibility to work on-call shifts or attend to emergency repairs when needed.
