DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Receives all Requests for Payments (RFPs) either through email or hard copy submission
  • Processes received RFPs ensuring approval completeness, validates supporting documents, verifies computations, notes tax implications, and records using the appropriate accounting entries.
  • Documents processed Accounts Payable Vouchers (APV) for transmission and advises Treasury of these queued documents through email advise.
  • Files APVs/Disbursement Vouchers once released and transmitted by Treasury.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS GENERATION

  • Collates data, reviews recorded QuickBook entries, and does monthly/annual closing of Books of Accounts for financial statements of:

a. Maisogn Ining Bisaya Security Services, Inc.;

b. Hip Hop House, Inc.; and

c. Men in Blue Security Training Center, Inc.

MONITORING

  • Officers and employees' cash advances subject to liquidation.
  • HHH & VCT expenses;
  • Petty and revolving funds; and
  • OSF

OTHERS

  • To assist immediate heads and colleagues with all of their concerns and reports to be submitted.
  • To do other tasks that may be assigned in ad-hoc status by his/her immediate superior.
