Royal York Property Management is one of Canada's leading property management firms, managing over 25,000 properties across Ontario and leasing thousands of properties. We are hiring a 
General Manager
 to oversee our Leasing Department. You will 
report directly to the Leasing Operations Manager
 and play a key leadership role in driving performance, managing a team, and ensuring smooth leasing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Leasing Department.
  • Lead, train, and manage leasing staff to consistently meet KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Handle escalations from property owners, tenants, and staff.
  • Report directly to the Leasing Operations Manager on performance and improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (mandatory).
  • 7–10 years of experience
     in operations, leasing, property management, or a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
