We're looking for a
hands-on technical leader,
for our client in Canada, who blends deep
infrastructure expertise
with a strong
cybersecurity background
. This isn't a people-management role. You'll act as the
senior architect/engineer
guiding infrastructure and security strategy while also serving as an escalation point for complex issues.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and optimize
    Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, virtualization, and hybrid environments
  • Apply cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) to strengthen IT posture
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, and security reviews
  • Partner with leadership on IT/security roadmaps
  • Resolve critical infrastructure & security escalations

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in IT infrastructure & security (MSP/enterprise background a plus)
  • Strong technical depth in Microsoft/Azure, networking, and virtualization
  • Experience with
    cybersecurity frameworks, audits, and compliance
  • Certifications like
    CISSP, CISM, Microsoft/Azure, Fortinet, ITIL
    are a big plus
  • Someone who thrives in
    long-term, strategic, and hands-on technical roles
