Your role As an HR Associate, you must perform the following duties & responsibilities: Human Resource: Administer Employee Benefit Programs. Maintain employee files. Coordinate with Finance personnel to accomplish payroll computation and ensure government-mandated benefits submission meets the deadline. Maintain harmonious employer-employee relationships. Office Administration: Arrange and coordinate internal meetings. Manage daily upkeep of the office; ensure cleanliness and safety of facilities and supplies. Optimize control and compliance with record retention and correspondence in the office. Request permit for entry & exit of materials, equipment, or supplies in the building. Create and maintain inventory of equipment. Purchase pantry, office, and medicine kit supplies. Provide administrative support as necessary. About you To apply for the role, you must have the following qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Knowledge of payroll computation and other government-mandated contributions. Diligent, attentive to details, and organized. Willing to work in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
