Job Summary

The Mortgage Closing Administrator is responsible for supporting the mortgage closing process by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation. This role performs essential administrative tasks, including reviewing loan files, verifying employment, preparing closing documentation, and assisting in loan assignments. The position also provides support to closing teams and management to ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient closing workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Review loan files to confirm that all required documentation and data fields in the Loan Origination System (LOS) are accurate and complete.
  • Conduct Verbal Verifications of Employment (VVOE) for assigned loans in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in processing loan assignments and handling rush or priority requests.
  • Support the closing manager, team leads, closers, and post-closers with documentation, follow-ups, and special projects.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring adherence to company procedures and mortgage regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all closing-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the mortgage or lending industry.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory guidelines relevant to mortgage lending and closing procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using Encompass or other Loan Origination Systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php65,000.00 per month
