Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator

Responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient, and professional recruitment and onboarding experience aligned with our workforce planning and business goals. Work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader HR team to ensure our hiring processes are effective and compliant, and that new employees are set up for success from day one.
Work Arrangement: Onsite to report in Clark, Pampanga
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and business objectives.
- Draft and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
- Advertise job vacancies via appropriate channels and manage candidate sourcing
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters in accordance with company policy.
- Liaise with candidates regarding pre-employment requirements, including reference checks and medical assessments.
Onboarding & HR Administration
- Coordinate onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all HR documentation, IT and workspace requirements are completed prior to commencement.
- Facilitate induction programs, ensuring new hires are introduced to the company's systems, safety processes, policies and culture.
- Organise and track mandatory training and development sessions for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Payroll & Timesheet Coordination
- Consolidate and verify staff timesheets from various departments for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and manage relevant data in the business payroll system in collaboration with payroll and finance teams.
- Assist with reporting and audit requirements related to workforce data and compliance.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination or similar administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Understanding of HR administration practices and relevant employment legislation.
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., MYOB, SAP, Employment Hero, etc.).
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
