About the Opportunity

We're looking for two skilled and adaptable Data & Trade Operations Analysts to join our growing operations team in Clark, working directly with our Swiss headquarters and UK/EU-based subsidiaries. With a current team of 20+ professionals, this is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic international environment that values precision, ownership, and growth.

You'll be working on a wide range of operational and financial tasks — mostly centred around Excel-based data processing, transaction mapping, and CRM integration. Full training and support will be provided — we're looking for people with the right skills, the right mindset, and the drive to grow in a fast-paced role.



What You'll Be Doing
  • Trade Settlement Support: Process, track, and verify trade data from multiple providers.
  • Data Extraction & Cleaning: Work with large datasets, primarily in Excel, to clean, validate, and format data for use across systems.
  • Transaction Mapping: Reconcile and map transaction data between external providers and internal standards.
  • CRM Data Importing: Prepare and upload structured datasets into our CRM, ensuring complete accuracy.
  • Statement Handling: Work with financial statements and transaction reports across multiple formats and sources.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, admin, and data teams to ensure smooth workflows and issue resolution.


What We're Looking For
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data cleaning, structuring)
  • Strong numerical and logical thinking
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear written and spoken English communication
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment
  • Able to work European business hours from our Clark office

No formal degree or certification required — but you will be tested for practical Excel and data handling ability during the recruitment process.
