Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Service request form/job order management
a. Review SRFs for completeness/ clarity before processing
b. Encode SRF details into the tracking system
c. Reflect changes in SRF status once declarations are cleared, jobs are completed, or cancellations are confirmed
d. File SRFs systematically; once scheduled, distribute back to requestor
2. Trip ticket management
a. Prepare trip tickets based on confirmed SRF details and technician assignments
b. Clear trip tickets with Accounting, collect petty cash, and organize disbursement
c. Handover trip tickets to the company checker before dispatch
d. Retrieve trip tickets upon arrival for processing
3. Trucking management
a. Compile trucking details for billing purposes
b. Book trucking services for Luzon as needed
4. Petty cash management
a. Reconcile petty cash against receipts and approved expenses
b. Liquidate or reimburse petty cash with Accounting
c. Request budget for non-regular or urgent service needs
5. Fleet card management
a. Collect, organize, and file fuel receipts from technicians
b. Prepare and submit fleet card reports; resolve discrepancies as needed
6. File management
a. Act as the final custodian of FSRs and organize by client, unit, and date
