Role Description

The Commercial Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial activities to meet operational goals and ensure profitability. This is a full-time on-site role, based in Olongapo. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and evaluating commercial operations, following up on business transactions, and managing teams to ensure productivity and efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with departments and staff to achieve seamless coordination and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Commercial and Commercial Management processes
  • Proficiency in Following Up on business transactions and operations
  • Experience in Team Management and coaching employees for optimal performance
  • Competence in People Management and fostering positive relationships within teams
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable in social media management and content creation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations, preferably in logistics, cargo handling, or service-oriented industries.
