As an EA, you'll work directly with entrepreneurs, providing high-level support, managing daily operations, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator, Team Lead or Supervisor, OR at least 3 years as an Operations Manager in a BPO setting

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and take initiative rather than waiting for instructions

  • Dependability and resourcefulness in a remote setup, with stable internet and power backup solutions

  • Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to different tools and processes

  • Hands-on experience in email, calendar, and project management

  • A mindset to act as a strategic partner, not just a task-taker — providing support that helps business owners focus on growth
