  • Dependability and resourcefulness in a remote setup, with stable internet and power backup solutions

  • Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to different tools and processes

  • Hands-on experience in email, calendar, and project management

  • A mindset to act as a strategic partner, not just a task-taker — providing support that helps business owners focus on growth
