Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising).
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and create engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives, monitor keyword performance, and ensure website content is optimized for search engines.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead content planning and coordinate with designers, writers, and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, segmentation, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, budget utilization, and ROI of digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • With 2-5 years of background in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, social media management, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
