
Customer Service Team Leader

The Service Delivery Lead (TL) ensures smooth site operations, delivers excellent client service, and drives team performance while fostering collaboration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, set clear expectations, and support team development.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes, policies, and compliance standards are followed.
- Monitor KPIs to meet client targets and maximize productivity onsite and remotely.
- Act as liaison between the site, clients, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Represent the site in meetings, governance reviews, and client touchpoints.
- Track attendance and performance of team members, conduct coaching, and manage disciplinary actions when needed.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and regular engagement activities with new and existing employees.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment through inspections, training, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Investigate and resolve service or process issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
