POSITION DESCRIPTION

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)

  • Assists the Media Production Specialist III in conceptualizing, implementing and managing in-house programs of the agency and the technical and logistical equipment needed for these programs.

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as Project Officer in planning and conceptualizing in-house projects and programs.
  • Coordinates with all production people concerned in ensuring the smooth operation of the projects.
  • Coordinates with internal units who are involved in the planning and execution of in-house projects and programs.
  • Prepares communications, press releases, correspondences, and various reports.
  • Manages social media accounts of the agency by posting art cards, event announcements and other agency announcements and answering queries.
  • Answers e-mails, queries, and concerns regarding in-house projects and programs.
  • Assists in monitoring of budget and procurement timelines of projects and programs.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,208.00 per month
