We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to strengthen NetGain's online presence and brand visibility. This role combines storytelling, design, and basic web management — ideal for someone who can translate complex IT observability and monitoring solutions into engaging, short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

A. Content Creation & Distribution

·     Conceptualize, script, and produce
short-form videos
(e.g., product explainers, feature highlights, customer stories, behind-the-scenes).

·     Design visuals, GIFs, and infographics for product features, events, and solution updates.

·     Write, schedule, and manage
social media posts
across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

B. Web & Platform Management

·     Maintain and update company website pages (news, blogs, product updates, events).

·     Optimize website content for SEO and analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

·     Coordinate with the product and engineering teams for timely technical content updates.

C. Campaign & Engagement

·     Plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with marketing calendar and product launches.

·     Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.

·     Collaborate with Sales to promote events, webinars, and new product releases.

D. Brand & Community

·     Ensure all content aligns with NetGain's brand guidelines and tone.

·     Engage with the IT community, influencers, and industry groups online.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

·     Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.

·     1 to 2 years of experience creating corporate social media and digital content

·     Strong grasp of video editing tools

·     Basic familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS

·     Ability to convert technical information into engaging visuals and copy

·     Creative yet disciplined in execution

·     Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with minimal supervision

·     Passion for storytelling and visual design

·     Team player who can collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales

Nice-to-Have:

·     Basic understanding of IT monitoring, cloud, or observability concepts.

·     Familiarity with SEO tools and social analytics.

·     Knowledge of marketing automation tools
