Responsibilities

  • Beverage & Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, and may also be involved in preparing food items like pastries.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, provide product information, and address customer questions and concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Cashiering & Payment Processing: Accurately operate the cash register or Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash and credit card transactions, issue receipts, and make change.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are taken and fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Operations & Maintenance

  • Workstation Management: Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Keep the cafe and work areas clean, organized, and sanitary, including countertops, equipment, and the seating area.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Restock supplies such as cups, lids, powders, and syrups as needed.
  • Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
