About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive who excels in end-to-end selling and closing deals. This role goes far beyond appointment setting, we need someone who can confidently manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, and independently convert prospects into signed clients.

The Sales Executive will work closely with the Directors when needed for final steps or high-level discussions, but the expectation is that you can lead the sales process, close the deal, and hand it over ready to commence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Confidently close deals and secure commitments without relying on Directors for the majority of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Directors only for final approvals or high-level touchpoints when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a closer in a sales role (not just appointment setting).
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive the sales process forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidence, professionalism, and resilience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with decision-makers.
