Commercial Tender Executive

Parañaque | Hybrid | Dayshift | 15-Month Contract

We are seeking a Commercial Tender Executive to support Project Hit, a global initiative within the medical technology sector. This role will focus on tendering, bidding, and contract management while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track binding contracts and commitments
  • Assess risks and liabilities in distributor tenders
  • Collaborate with Legal and Regulatory teams on compliance
  • Provide full visibility on cross-charge execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years' experience in tendering, bidding, or contract management
  • Background in the medical sector preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Details:

  • Location: Parañaque Office
  • Schedule: Dayshift | Hybrid setup
  • Contract: 15 months (Aug 2025 – Nov 2026) with possible extension
  • Salary: PHP 70,000 – 80,000 monthly
