Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines VESTAS SHARED SERVICE AS Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

This position will be responsible for export VAT refund, withholding tax, stamp duty, and other small local tax and audit-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Local tax calculate and declare
  • Withholding tax for Service payment
  • Export VAT refund and communicate with SSC regarding the export booking issue
  • Stamp duty and other small local tax
  • Audit
  • Task assigned by the direct manager

  • Key Performance Measures:

  • On-time calculation and declaration for local tax, tax refund, and withholding tax.

  • Prepare monthly reports in a timely manner and ensure data accuracy
  • Cooperate with the external auditor to complete audit tasks

  • Key Stakeholders for collaboration/coordination:

  • Procurement team

  • SSC share service
  • Cost controller

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience with foreign manufacturing companies
  • Fluent oral English & Mandarin, writing, and comprehension are necessary
  • Familiar with accounting software (SAP), Excel and work
  • Tax experience, especially for local tax, tax refund, and withholding tax
