We're Hiring: Fund Management Senior Analyst
MOA, Pasay | Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO) | Night Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Review and validate investor-level tax documents from third-party vendors (e.g., Federal/State K-1s, K-3s, returns).
-Ensure tax data accuracy, completeness, and proper application of tax rules.
-Source, organize, and upload tax support files during peak tax season.
-Coordinate composite state filings with service providers and administrators.
-Manage investor tax inquiries and partner with internal teams to clarify tax treatments and reporting issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• Course work is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in fund accounting, tax review, or a similar role within asset management or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of K-1/K-3 reporting, federal and state tax returns, and composite filings.
• Familiarity with private funds (hedge, private equity, real estate) structures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tax preparation software or data review systems is an advantage.
