Mobility Tax Analyst – Vestas

As part of Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre, this team member provides financial services support to Global Mobility in Vestas HQ. The position focuses on Mobility in-scope activities, including collections from active employees on tax refund payments due, account and employee ledger reconciliation, and timely, accurate Mobility-related reporting. The role requires collaboration with Vestas Mobility, Payroll, Finance, and employees to ensure issue resolution, deadlines, and compliance on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of employee customer accounts for payments due to Vestas
  • Execute the collection process for active employees with tax refunds due to Vestas
  • Prepare and timely perform account and customer account reconciliations
  • Investigate and analyze historical tax payment data
  • Prepare reports related to collection activity and receivable status from employees
  • Handle administrative tasks – coordination and follow-up with employees to obtain necessary documents related to their assignment
  • Perform employee authorization lists, compensation data reports, shadow payroll, and other related reports for annual tax filing
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll and Mobility teams and Vestas employees
  • Assist Global Mobility team in HQ with data, insights, and reports as needed
  • Act as main point of contact for any finance-related Mobility inquiries
  • Support month-end close activities (if applicable)
  • Adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/University Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Management or Accountancy
  • At least three (3) years of accounting or finance-related experience
  • Experience in a BPO/Shared Service environment
  • Familiarity with MS Excel

Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with SAP ERP
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Agile, motivated, and capable of handling planned changes
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Regular and reliable attendance
