What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to customer queries and comments
  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

What we're looking for
