Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, for a Quote to Cash Team Lead (Sales Operations Supervisor)
specializing in Salesforce quotes and bookings approval processes. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, resolve escalated customer service issues, ensure compliance with sales policies, and support overall sales operations. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing sales processes to optimize workflows and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Proven team management and leadership experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales operations and Salesforce platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous supervisory experience in sales operations
  • Ability to work on-site at BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila
