  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment and facilities to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and prolong the life of equipment and systems.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition and report any damage or shortages.
  • Ensure safety and security standards are followed during all repair and maintenance work.
  • Support other departments by providing technical assistance for special setups or emergencies.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time taken.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance areas and workshops.
  • Assist with emergency procedures, such as fire drills, power failures, or water leaks, as directed.
