Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Coder (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCA, CRC, or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of coding experience preferred (newly certified coders are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
  • Ensure coding compliance with regulatory and client-specific guidelines.
  • Collaborate with QA and training teams to maintain coding quality standards.
  • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.
