This particular vacancy is for our GoCab Corp. - a ride hailing app and services plus transport services.

Role Description

The Transportation Operations Manager oversees the end-to-end operations of GoCab ride-hailing services, last-mile delivery operations, and the company's fleet management services. This role ensures service reliability, regulatory compliance, driver-partner engagement, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all transport verticals. The Manager is responsible for performance monitoring, platform operations, supply-demand alignment, routing optimization, and vendor/partner management.

Qualifications

  • At least
    5 years
    of experience in transport operations, logistics, ride-hailing, or fleet management.
  • Experience managing
    TNVS operations, courier/delivery operations, or mobility platforms
    is a strong advantage.
  • Background in supervising drivers, riders, or transport service teams.
  • Expertise in Transportation Operations and Transportation Management.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and resolving client inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in transportation and logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
