About the role

Company is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in a timely manner
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and other accounting-related documents
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Finance team as needed
  • Comply with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
