On Premise Sales Executive

  • Acquires orders of all wholesale (on-premises, retail outlets, associations) and direct (corporate and individuals) customers

  • Ensures proper delivery of all acquired orders (given credit approval, proper stock allocation and delivered on-time)

  • Ensures good servicing of customers through frequent sales calls of the team

  • Monitors account receivables of all customers and facilitate timely collection; ensures all account receivables are within the prescribed payment terms
  • Resolves all problems related to order processing and account receivables collection through internal and /or external coordination
  • Facilitates sell-in of additional/new brands//SKUs
  • Develops customers through proposals that offer sponsorships, events, special promotions, brand training and merchandising materials deployment
  • Taps new customers through sales leads
  • Participates in the annual sales quota setting and applies quarterly revisions
  • Participates in the annual marketing programs formulation
  • Implements the marketing programs

    -Summarizes and reports all competitive activities and customer feedback

    -Facilitates wines 101 trainings; conducts tastings
  • Submits the necessary reports for promotions and events (e.g. bottles inventory, total sales, and photos) x
  • Submits all operational reports on time (e.g. coverage plans, customer info sheets)
  • Works on broad assignments; rarely refer to superior except matters of policy
  • Extensive, Critical – contacts may include influential people outside of office
