People Solutions Supervisor
Job Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or People Solutions
-
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
-
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and regulatory compliance aligned with US federal, State, and Local labor laws
-
Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Jobvite, or similar systems, including user support and data management
-
Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring a team, including performance monitoring, delegation, and training
-
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
-
High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity, especially in handling employee records and system audits
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment
-
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Job Summary:

Manages and ensures the successful execution of daily HR activities and deliverables
-
Oversees team coverage and monitors performance to meet key HR metrics
-
Performs duties of a People Solutions Senior Associate, including data processing and reporting.

Maintains and manages multiple HR systems to ensure data integrity
-
Acts as liaison between internal teams (HR, People Team) and external departments (Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.)
-
Supports business projects that enhance company-wide productivity

Experience working with US labor laws and compliance regulations is an advantage
