About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and goal-driven Reports Analyst Supervisor with strong data analytics expertise. The successful candidate will lead reporting functions, manage performance metrics, and provide actionable insights that support business and client requirements. This role requires advanced technical skills, people management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead reporting and analytics activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.


• Manage a team and provide guidance on reporting best practices.


• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the leadership team.


• Develop and improve dashboards and reporting processes for greater efficiency.


• Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.


• Partner with stakeholders to design solutions that meet end-to-end requirements.


• Ensure data integrity and quality across reporting platforms.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, Statistics, or equivalent).


• At least 3–5 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or a related role.


• Proven people management experience.


• Strong background in healthcare and/or insurance is an advantage.


• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables, slicers, PowerPivot, controls).


• Experience with MS Access and data analysis.


• Skilled in PowerPoint for presentations and reporting.


• Experience in Tableau (dashboarding and data integration with SFDC).


• Experience in SFDC report generation and dashboarding.


• Familiarity with Splunk, Datadog, and Python (Pandas) for telemetry data analysis is a plus.


• Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to continuously improve reporting processes and adopt new tools quickly.
