Job description:

  • In charge of data and document compliance through effective monitoring and filing system of all issued Job Order.
  • Ensure that excel file (JO monitoring) is accurate and updated.
  • Validates data entries of documents like Sales Order, Job Order, GRPO vs Supplier's invoice, inventory transfer and other related documents in the SBO system.
  • Ensure that assets control points are effectively done by monitoring of inventory, coordination with Material Controller, coordination that all inventory reconciliation is done per schedule.
  • Manages report submission based on agreed lead time; monthly, quarterly, yearly inventory count system based and backed up by validated physical count of items.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing set-up/process
  • Must be knowledgeable in end-to-end processing of all transactions in SAP Business One like; Job Order, sales order, GRPO, inventory transfer etc.
  • With good data gathering, analysis and validation skills.
  • Able to present and resolve issues / concerns relevant to SBO.
  • Generally physically active
  • No health conditions
  • With sense of urgency, ownership, and integrity
  • Meticulous in detail
