Service Driver – Construction Site Office (Contractual – 12 Months)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Service Driver to support our General Construction project for a 12-month contractual engagement. The Service Driver will be responsible for safely transporting project staff, documents, and materials between the construction site, office, and other designated locations. Outstanding performance and dedication may lead to retention or extension beyond the project's duration, subject to work evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, visitors, and materials as directed.

  • Deliver and collect project-related documents, supplies, and equipment between the site and office.

  • Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced regularly.

  • Conduct routine inspection of vehicles before and after use to ensure roadworthiness.

  • Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.

  • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.

  • Assist in loading and unloading materials when necessary.

  • Support site office staff with errands and logistical needs.

  • Immediately report any accidents, breakdowns, or mechanical issues.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling official documents and staff transport.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Vocational/Technical training is an advantage).

  • Valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restriction codes.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver (preferably in construction, logistics, or corporate service).

  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Clean driving record with no major violations.

  • Physically fit, punctual, and reliable.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to be assigned on-site and work flexible schedules, including weekends if required.

Employment Type

  • Contractual – 12 months (with possibility of retention based on performance and project needs).

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
