QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology / BS Chemical Technology / BS Chemical Engineering
  • Preferably with background and knowledgeable in HACCP & FSMS
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and can work under pressure
  • Timeliness in work and willing to work on shifting schedules

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in every plant audit and food safety and quality related documentation
  • Check Physical Characteristics of all Inbound items - Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Store Accessories & Chemical
  • Conduct Chemical Analysis of all Raw Materials
  • Check & verify all Outbound deliveries
  • Check & record noted Non-Conformity
  • Conduct training's and performs audit
