Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored IT solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
  • Understand client needs and provide customized IT solutions (software, cloud services)
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of IT products/services such as cloud services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
