Position Title: OJT Trainee – Sales

Location: M. San Juan Street, Sta. Rosa 2, Marilao, Bulacan

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Supervisor / Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales OJT Trainee will assist the sales team in daily operations, customer service, and basic documentation. This training aims to provide hands-on experience in sales processes, communication, and product knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents
  • Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries
  • Help in monitoring orders, deliveries, and inventory status
  • Encode data and organize sales files
  • Participate in product presentations or client visits when needed
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, or related course
  • Willing to undergo on-the-job training in Marilao, Bulacan
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn and work in a team environment
