At X-META Technologies Inc., we believe in developing future leaders who will drive innovation and excellence in the e-commerce industry. We're looking for Management Trainees who are eager to learn, adapt, and grow into management roles, with a strong focus on fieldwork and marketing activities.

What You'll Do:

As a Marketing Management Trainee, you'll take part in a structured development program where you will:

  • Focus on marketing and sales initiatives, including fieldwork activities, client visits, and market research.
  • Assist in executing promotions, events, and campaigns to increase brand presence.
  • Support the Marketing and Operations teams in growing our e-commerce platforms.
  • Present reports, insights, and marketing ideas directly to management.
  • May be required to conduct fieldwork and on-site activities as part of marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in customer-facing roles. Willingness to engage in fieldwork and hands-on marketing tasks.

Analytical mindset with a passion for sales and marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
