Sales Responsibilities:

● Responsible for lead generation and research through various channels, including

remote phone calls and in-person pitching.

● Conduct lead generation activities such as flyering,attending trade events, etc.

● Schedule and pitch to restaurant owners, staff, or managers.

● Follow up regularly with restaurant contacts to negotiate contracts, ensure contract

signing, and facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding activities.

Content and Onboarding Responsibilities:

● Ensure completeness and alignment of data and documents collected, adhering to

procedures and standards.

● Input merchant information from online and offline sources into a content platform.

● Conduct training sessions for partner merchants to familiarize them with the workflow of

our merchant app or portals.

● Facilitate information changes for partner merchants upon request.

● Acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.

● Strive to meet individual and team key performance metrics.

● Coordinate with other departments when necessary.

Account Management Responsibilities

● Build strategic relationships with SMB partners based on trust and respect.

● Collaborate with internal departments to support partners' fulfillment.

● Analyze partners' business performance and develop strategies to help grow their

business.

● Increase partners' business and revenue by offering marketing promotions and

expansion opportunities.

● Understand partners' business needs to customize Grab product offerings.

● Promote other Grab products and services to partner merchants to create additional

partnership value.

● Assist in collection efforts to ensure business compliance.

● Maintain accurate and updated records of account-related information.

● Stayupdated on company products and services.

● Identify industry trends and conduct competitive intelligence initiatives.

● Advocate for clients, focused on improving the partner experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
