Role Snapshot

• Location:

Metro Manila (Onsite/Hybrid). We're launching an office-first environment; expect regular in-office collaboration.

Sales & Customer Support (hybrid profile preferred)
- Experience:

1 to 2 years in customer support/client services; exposure to sales a strong plus
- Employment Type:

Full‑time (Remote start → Onsite/Hybrid as office opens)

What You'll Drive

Customer Support

• Resolve client queries with precision and speed across email, chat, and voice (HubSpot, Vonage & similar tools)
• Own case follow-through and set clear next steps that build trust and satisfaction
• Maintain immaculate notes and lifecycle stages in HubSpot CRM
• Hit activity and conversion benchmarks without compromising client experience
• Partner with marketing and operations to close feedback loops and improve funnel quality
• Balance sales goals with world-class customer experience
• Collaborate with internal global teams to deliver seamless service
• Proactively identify client needs, follow up on leads, and resolve concerns with ownership and accountability
• Integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and communication efficiency

Must-Haves

• 1- 2+ years in customer support/client services, preferably in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments
• Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot CRM
• Intermediate understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar etc)
• Working knowledge of Vonage or comparable VoIP/telephony suites
• Exceptional written and verbal English; confident on calls with global clients
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with metrics, SLAs, and KPIs
• Sales/Support hybrid background and onsite experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, interactive, collaborative, and confident in team environments
• Proactive and self-driven, takes initiative, meets deadlines, and maintains quality in all deliverables
• Growth mindset; values consistency, learning, and measurable impact

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a law firm, legal services, or IP/trademark workflows
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets while sustaining CSAT/NPS
