F&B MANAGER

The Food and Beverage Manager overseeing the daily operations of outlets, event spaces, and food production to ensure high-quality service, efficient operations. He/She is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, managing staff, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Menu Planning and Development:

  • Ability to collaborate with culinary teams to create menus suitable for the establishment's target audience and concept.
  • Experience in menu pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Capacity to monitor industry food trends and customer preferences for menu innovation.

Quality Control:

  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Track record of effectively addressing any issues related to food quality or service promptly.

Inventory Management:

  • Experience in overseeing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Proficiency in implementing inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock rotation in collaboration with Finance for Centralized Stock Room.
  • Ability to monitor inventory costs and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.

Staff Training:

  • Training, and supervising F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Ability to provide ongoing training to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.
  • Capacity to foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Financial Management:

  • Experience in developing and managing budgets for F&B operations.
  • Ability to monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as needed.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Customer Service:

  • Proven ability to ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing customer feedback in collaboration with Customer Experience.
  • Track record of handling customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Experience in implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
  • Experience in organizing special events and promotions to attract customers and increase sales.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media and other channels to engage with customers and promote F&B offerings.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Demonstrated commitment to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and workplace safety protocols.
  • Experience in conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in implementing measures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for staff and customers.

Event Planning and Management:

  • Track record of successfully coordinating and overseeing special events, banquets, and catering functions.
  • Ability to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful event execution.
  • Experience in managing logistics, staffing, and vendor relationships for seamless event operations.

Relationship Management:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven food and beverage management experience at least 2-3 yrs in a managerial level
  • Guest and service-oriented.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have advanced working knowledge on MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Has the ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management
  • Is able to work independently and well in a fast-paced environment

WORK SCHEDULE: : Hybrid Work Arrangement but may change depending on Company's operational needs
