Finance & Accounting

  • Supervise daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and review financial reports, summaries, and schedules for management
  • Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions
  • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate expense tracking and proper documentation
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Administrative Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain organized and confidential company records and files
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
  • Monitor company assets and inventory
  • Coordinate office maintenance and facilities-related concerns
  • Improve and implement administrative systems and procedures

HR & Payroll Support

  • Assist in payroll preparation, timekeeping, and attendance monitoring
  • Maintain employee records, leave monitoring, and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Address employee administrative and payroll-related concerns
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies

Supervision & Coordination

  • Supervise and guide finance and administrative staff
  • Review work output for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and operational needs

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure proper internal controls are followed
  • Prepare documents for audits and management reviews
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in finance and administrative roles, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
