About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential customers, build strong relationships, and maintain a pipeline of leads.
  • Business Development: Explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts for solar energy solutions.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless execution of solar projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, generate reports, and optimize sales processes for efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, project financing, and technical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
