URGENTLY HIRING - Solar Sales Engineer

Earn P23,000-P25,000 + GOOD COMMISSION + ALLOWANCE

Kennedy Energy and Development Corp is actively looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for: driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and market demands.

Key responsibilities:

Lead Generation - Research and identify potential clients through various methods that includes email, calls, social media, and marketing activities to fill a company's sales pipeline

Sales Presentations & Promotions - Present and demonstrate our company products and services to potential customers, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs

Negotiation & Closing - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and successfully close deals to generate revenue

Market Research - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, evaluate industry trends, and identify new business opportunities

Strategy Development - Collaborate with immediate superior to develop and implement effective strategies to expand market reach and meet sales goals

Reporting & Administration - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the sales (Solar industry experience is a plus)
  • B2B sales experience is required
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing contracts
  • Willing to conduct field work and client visits as needed
  • Willing to work on Saturdays (as needed)
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Amenable to work on-site in Makati City
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
