Responsibilities

  • Real-time monitoring of CCTV across all departments
  • Checking of discrepancies for all employees' schedule adherence vs. actual productivity
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency in all department by escalating issues regarding employee's schedule adherence to their respective manager/s
  • Work with operations in ensuring accuracy of schedules and leaves while adhering to account specific processes
  • Generate report and confirms accuracy prior to sending to the Operations Manager
  • Support Payroll in making sure that the employee time keeping record is accurate
  • Work with IT Team with issues involving the tools needed - CCTV cameras, Biometrics, etc.
  • Other tasks that will be assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • At least 1-year of solid experience in the same role is required for this position Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral
  • Above average proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel
  • With good analytical skills and keen to details
  • With good organizational skills
  • Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner (integrity)
  • Willing to work in Araneta Cubao
  • Willing to work in any shift schedule
  • Available to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
